RATING & COMMENTS:

“I could make my mom a really good dish from a Youtube recipe. – May.A”

“My kids love Youtube, they could re-listen to their lesson that the teacher had put on it. – Dan.E”

“I builded my own channel from my hobby. I love Youtube. – Tang.W”

“Youtube is very useful. – Andy.J”

Brilliant app. Though, occasionally the ads will fail to load and the “video will continue momentarily” button will appear at the bottom right, but the video still plays without the ads. This bug stops all ads from that point on in that video. (I don’t know what causes it, but it stops ads. I like that)

Used it for 7 years so I think I’m qualified to do this review, im usually the first person the give youtube the benefit of the doubt, but anyway I’m just cut to the chase, 1. Every now and then, the app will become laggy and crash. 2. The speech to text button is misplaced. 3. Big one, they removed the dislike button. 4. For me the biggest one, they removed the “sort by oldest” feature. Thanks for reading.

Probably the app I use the most on my phone. Lately (as in a lot) I will accidentally click on another video while I’m already watching or listening to one. Then I have to go back to my history to find the original video again (and try to find the spot I was at). It would be great to have a prompt that asks if you really want to switch to the next video to avoid clicking on a video you didn’t care to watch and limit interruptions.
