I can’t get the navigation part to work since the update. It shows the route, but that’s it. Tried some different things I found online but still doesn’t work. I’ll check back in a couple weeks though. It’s most likely user error lol, not them. Edit: Developer responded with in minutes! Cleared cache like said and is working again. I’ll leave original post up just in case anyone else has that issue, but I put the 5 star back. Thanks again 🙂

OMG Why? This isn’t optimized for tablet support. The GPS marker is way off center to the right corner of the screen, while the directions fill the left side. I just put a tablet in my car for navigation mainly. Also, why isn’t there a Center My Position mode, so the maps follow you. The only way to achieve this is during an active route. I love Maps, but these bugs……

Google maps is a great tool to help you get around but it can also get you really lost and even stuck. Maps sometimes suggests a shorter route which is sometimes taking you off the main road through dangerous areas and even dirt roads where a car is unable to drive through. If there was a way for maps to alert the driver that a route is off the main road so the driver has full knowledge and can make a better decision on a route then maps would be perfect.
