WHAT IS BRIGHTSPACE PULSE?
A smartphone app called Brightspace Pulse can assist students in using the Brightspace Learning Environment by helping them stay engaged and on task. It offers a simple view of all the course schedules, readings, assignments, evaluations, grades, and announcement items. The software can assist students in making wiser decisions about how to manage their workload, when to turn in assignments, and when to study for exams. When lessons are canceled, locations are changed, or new grades are offered, learners can receive real-time updates. The schedule view and weekly visualization allow students to easily see what is due now, this week, and in the future for all of their classes.
NAVIGATE BRIGHTSPACE PULSE
The courses you are presently enrolled in are shown in a long scroll format by Brightspace Pulse. The most popular courses may be pinned to the top of the course list by clicking the pin button. You can also access a course’s homepage by clicking the ellipses icon, or you can access the course’s content by clicking the course name. You may see various course modules in the module view and table of contents by clicking the course title or course tile. There is a tool ribbon with three icons at the bottom of the screen. Which tab you are now on inside the Brightspace app is indicated by the black underline.
Upcoming Tab: With the help of a calendar, the Next tab gives a brief outline of the upcoming course material.
Courses Tab: An summary of course content may be found under the Courses page. In this section, only course material that has been configured with dates is visible. It’s possible that the content won’t show up if your teacher hasn’t given it a date. Use a laptop or desktop computer to review the course material at all times.
Notifications Tab: Updates and subscriptions may be seen in the notifications tab. This will show newly added or updated grade items, newly added or updated course materials, newly added or updated discussion threads, and more if your notification settings have this option enabled.
