Your Wear OS by Google smartwatch or Android phone will automatically recognize and upload your activities to your Google Fit journal if you walk, run, or bike throughout the day to make sure you get credit for every step. Want more points? Start a timed walking workout and step to the music to speed up your strolls. Enjoy a unique kind of exercise? Google Fit will keep track of all the Heart Points you accumulate when you choose it from a list of activities like pilates, rowing, or spinning.

Breathing is one of the simplest ways to reduce tension and relieve stress. With Fit, checking in with your breath is easy—all you need is your phone camera. As well as your respiratory rate, you can measure your heart rate to get a better understanding of your body’s wellbeing.

“I value the additional tracking features. I’d like to recommend including a couple more things to track. BMI. A graphic graph that “cycles” in greater detail. This would assist me in cleaning up certain apps. When you slide the screen down, a prompt asking for your approval appears below the screen and tracks your assumption with short fill-ins.
